MoySklad and marketplace automation

I connect products, prices, stock, orders, warehouses and reports into one controlled workflow. I build integrations and internal tools for online sellers, e-commerce businesses and product companies.

From process analysis to server deployment and support.

Common situations

When business data still has to be moved manually

Manual operations consume time and create discrepancies. I first map the current workflow, then propose a clear automation scenario.

Stock is updated manually

Inventory quickly diverges between the source system and sales channels.

Prices differ between systems

Every channel ends up with its own version of the price.

Orders and statuses get lost

Managers have to copy changes between systems.

Spreadsheet imports contain errors

Duplicates and invalid formats break regular imports.

Stores and warehouses disagree

Different channels apply inconsistent stock rules.

An existing script is unstable

The same failure repeats without a clear cause.

Errors are difficult to locate

There is no execution log showing the failed stage.

Services

Processes that can be automated

From a single file-processing task to a connected system with schedules, a web dashboard and visible error handling.

Approach

Technical solutions grounded in product-business operations

An integration is more than API calls. Reliable automation depends on how stock is calculated, prices are formed, products are reserved and failures are handled.

About Alexander Polyansky

Hands-on e-commerce experience

I understand purchasing, stock, pricing, orders, commissions and reports.

API and product data expertise

Identifiers, pagination, rate limits, retries and source-data quality are designed into the workflow.

Readable execution logs

You can see what was processed, skipped and why.

Testing before launch

The workflow is tested on control data and edge cases before production use.

Practice

Examples of automation tasks

No invented clients or unsupported metrics — only the problem, implementation and operational result.

All cases
01Stock

MoySklad and Wildberries stock synchronization

Stock was transferred manually and marketplace quantities did not always match inventory available in the required warehouses.

Updates follow one reproducible process, while skipped products and their causes remain visible in the log.
02Orders

Importing Ozon orders into MoySklad

Orders and status changes had to be copied manually between systems.

Orders are processed in an agreed format and disputed positions are separated for review.
03Configuration

Managing multiple seller accounts and warehouses

Seller accounts used different warehouses and rules, making consistent updates difficult.

Logic is managed centrally while each store's configuration and execution history remain separate.
04Pricing

Automated price calculation

Manual pricing did not always account for purchase cost, fees, logistics and the required margin.

Prices are generated by reproducible rules, with exceptions reviewed separately.

Process

From initial task to production workflow

Every stage has a clear output and reduces launch risk.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We define the current process and required outcome.

  2. 02

    Analysis

We inspect data sources, rules and data quality.

  3. 03

    Solution

We define exchange rules and error handling.

  4. 04

    Agreement

We agree the scope, price and timeline.

  5. 05

    Development

I build the solution according to the agreed workflow.

  6. 06

    Testing

We test normal data and edge cases.

  7. 07

    Launch

The production process is installed and enabled.

  8. 08

    Support

The solution can be maintained and extended.

Founder

Alexander Polyansky

I combine software development and business analysis with hands-on management of e-commerce operations, MoySklad, marketplaces, product catalogs, APIs and server infrastructure.

This lets me evaluate every task from two perspectives: technical reliability and the concrete manual work and operational risks the solution must remove.
