Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Controller

This Policy applies to information received through https://alexpol.pro, its Russian and English pages, the contact form and technical server logs.

2. Data and data subjects

Data subjects are website visitors, prospective clients, clients and representatives of organizations submitting an inquiry.

• name or preferred form of address;
• phone number, email, messenger identifier or another contact selected by the user;
• business systems and process information;
• task description and manual operations;
• a voluntarily attached file;
• technical request data, including IP address, time, URL, browser and device information;
• optional first-party events such as page views and form events.

3. Purposes

• receive and review an inquiry;
• prepare a preliminary estimate and reply;
• contact the user through the selected channel;
• take steps requested before entering into a contract;
• protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors;
• analyze page usage when optional analytics is enabled.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the data subject's separate consent, steps requested by the data subject before a contract, an entered contract and statutory obligations of the Controller.

5. Processing operations

The Controller may collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, provide where required by law or contract, block, erase and destroy data by automated and, where required, non-automated means.

6. Storage and location

Contact-form data is initially recorded on a server located in the Russian Federation. The website form is not designed for cross-border transfers.

Inquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Contractual and accounting records follow statutory retention periods. Technical events are retained for up to 12 months.

7. Recipients

Data is not sold or published. Limited access may be provided to infrastructure suppliers and contractors only when necessary for operation and subject to confidentiality and security duties. Disclosure to public authorities is made only where legally required.

8. Security

• HTTPS transmission;
• protected administration access;
• attachments stored outside public URLs;
• separation of website files and inquiry data;
• file type and size validation;
• logging, backups and server updates.

9. Your rights

You may request information, correction, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent and complain to the competent authority or a court. Contact order@accutel.ru. The Controller may request information needed to verify the requester and the relevant inquiry.
